FACT needed a clearer, more structured digital presence that could communicate their services, events, team, donation options and support information in a way that felt human, trustworthy and easy to navigate.
The challenge was to organise a lot of important information without overwhelming visitors, while keeping the tone compassionate, accessible and aligned with FACT Tenerife's values.
We refined the website structure, improved the user journey, organised key pages, created clear calls to action, and shaped the visual direction around warmth, trust and accessibility.

Through FACT, cancer patients are connected to support resources every step of the way
FACT provides a wide range of support to cancer patients and their families across Tenerife. Our services are tailored to each individual's circumstances, and needs are assessed thoughtfully before support is allocated.
The final website gave FACT Tenerife a digital presence worthy of their real-world impact. Clear navigation, compassionate tone, and a structure built around the patient journey — not organisational hierarchy. Information that was previously buried became immediately accessible, and the organisation's warmth became visible from the first scroll.
Accessibility was central throughout: sufficient colour contrast, readable type sizes, and a layout that works on any device used by any age group.
